There is only one antidote for fear, and that is Jesus Christ, the Son of God. If you have not believed in Jesus as the only Son of God, Who lived a sinless life, died on the cross for the sins of all humanity, was buried and then raised again on the third day: then you must start there if you are to conquer fear. Without Jesus, we can do nothing and are destined for an eternity in Hell.
